Statistical information for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009

During the 2008-09 fiscal year, the following client services were provided by programs of Anna Marie’s Alliance.

Numbers are unduplicated unless otherwise stated.

  • Volunteer Hours provided to the organization: 10,100 by 251 volunteers--includes individuals and groups.

Community Education

401  Community presentations were made to 5,320 participants
  29   Professional Training's were provided to 413 participants

Anna Marie’s Shelter for battered women and their children. Advocacy services are provided to residents of the shelter and members of the community who do not reside at the shelter.

Anna Marie's Children's Program

4,340 child care services were provided for 124 children

 46 children attended children's group a total of 362 times

544 personal advocacy services were provide to 54 children

3,622 counseling/intervention services provided for 105 children

 53 children received health assessments

Anna Marie's School Youth Project

4,218 Total served

453 middle and high school students participated in 77 Life Choices/Healthy   Relationship Skill Building groups.

401 elementary school presentations on Peacekeeping/Safety/Bullying with 3,765 students.

Anna Marie's Criminal Justice Intervention Program

934 total victims received services (836 female, 95 male, 3 unknown)

118 criminal court hearings,sentencinghearings and OFP hearings were attended on behalf of 92 victims

821 criminal domestic abuse offenses were monitored through the court system

361 victims received written information packets regarding rights/services

105 information and referral services were provided to 86 victims by phone

64 Law enforcement officers participated in 10 training's

Jill Eckhoff Transitional House

6 female headed households with 7 children resided at the House

4 single women resided at the House

Hospital Based Advocacy and Healthcare Systems Program

87   1 victims were served

195 health care staff attended 12 training's on domestic violence

130 referrals were made by hospital staff to the advocacy program

996 adults/adolescents participated in 70 group sessions

  77 information and referral services were provided to 70 victims in person.
